Cancellation Policy

Once a reservation is confirmed, no guest-initiated cancellations or rescheduling are permitted. All bookings are non-refundable. We recommend ensuring your group's availability and head count before finalizing your purchase.

Weather-related cancellations are determined exclusively by Beach Boat Rental and our licensed captains. We monitor maritime safety reports and radar constantly. If we determine that conditions—specifically lightning or dangerous high winds—are unsafe for departure, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled date.

Please note that overcast skies, light rain, or small craft advisories do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation. If the captain deems the conditions safe for the specific vessel and route, the charter will proceed as scheduled.
