Rental Policy

Beach Boat Rental operates exclusively as a captained-charter service. We do not offer bareboat or "drive-yourself" rentals under any circumstances. Every excursion is led by a USCG-licensed captain who maintains absolute authority over the vessel, navigation, and passenger safety. The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and must present a valid government-issued photo ID prior to boarding.

We accept a wide variety of payment methods to ensure a seamless booking experience. At our website checkout, guests may use all major credit cards, debit cards, and Venmo. For guests who prefer to book using Zelle, CashApp, or direct Venmo transfers, please contact us directly at +1 (786)-393-8101 to finalize your reservation. A booking is only considered confirmed once payment is received in full.

The primary renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vessel’s interior, upholstery, or equipment caused by guest negligence or failure to follow the captain's instructions. Guests must adhere to all safety briefings provided at the start of the trip. Failure to comply with the captain’s directives or engagement in illegal activities will result in the immediate termination of the charter without a refund.
