Yes. Our pricing is all-inclusive regarding fuel. You will not face any hidden fuel surcharges at the end of your trip.

All bookings are final. We do not allow guest-initiated cancellations or rescheduling. Under no circumstances are refunds provided unless Beach Boat Rental cancels the trip due to hazardous weather or mechanical issues.

While not required, it is customary in the charter industry to tip your captain for great service. A gratuity of 15% to 20% is standard and greatly appreciated by our crew.

Safety is our top priority. If conditions are deemed unsafe for navigation—specifically lightning or dangerous high winds—we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule. Overcast skies, light rain, or small craft advisories are not grounds for cancellation.

We recommend sunscreen, towels, and polarized sunglasses. We provide a cooler with ice and bottled water. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but we ask that you avoid red wine or other staining liquids to protect the boat's interior. Please note that every boat listing on our website specifically shows what is included (such as floating mats, specific sound systems, or water toys) for that particular vessel.

Yes. We are family and pet-friendly. We provide the necessary life jackets for children. If you plan to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the vessel for your furry friend.
